Kerala Kalamandalam shall not be responsible or liable in the event a transaction fails, is declined, remains incomplete, or cannot be processed due to any reason, including but not limited to:
1. General Terms: Proceeding with a booking signifies that the participant accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Participants are advised to carefully review the guidelines before confirming their booking.
2. Cancellation by Participant: A cancellation fee will apply to all bookings cancelled by the participant. The applicable charges are as follows. Cancellation before 7 days: 15%; before 2 days: 50%; Previous day: 75%; Same day: 100%.
3. Non-Attendance: Failure to attend or participate in the scheduled program, session, or visit does not qualify for a refund, rescheduling, or extension. Participants are encouraged to plan their commitments responsibly.
4. Program Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser: If Kerala Kalamandalam cancels or significantly alters the program due to circumstances beyond its control, participants will be offered either a rescheduled period or a refund.
5. Transfer of Booking: Requests to transfer a booking must be submitted in writing. Transfers are allowed once per cycle and subject to verification of the recipient’s eligibility.
6. Refund Request Procedure: Booking cancellations may be initiated through the booking window or by sending a written email request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to heritagevisit@kalamandalam.ac.in.
7. Refund: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a maximum of 25 days from the date of receiving the refund request.
8. Final Authority: All decisions regarding refunds, booking transfers, cancellations, and exceptions rest solely with Kerala Kalamandalam. Their decision shall be considered final and binding. Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds will fall under the jurisdiction of Thrissur, Kerala, India.
